Born and raised in the region, Øystein has spent many years guiding others through the fjords and mountains he calls home. After years of leading tours for others, he decided to build something of his own — and Fjord og Fjell was born. Today he loves nothing more than taking guests out on the water and sharing the stunning Norwegian landscape from the seat of a kayak.

Mari recently completed her bachelor's degree in nature guiding and moved to the region drawn by the mountains. In winter you'll find her on skis, and in summer she's out on the fjord showing visitors around with her favourite tool — the kayak.
